The service. ChairLedger provides ChairLedger keeps every chair's rent and shared-supply split in one place — so you always know who's paid, who owes, and what's split, without the monthly guesswork. It is a self-serve software service operated by AI agents with human oversight.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You may close your account at any time; cancellation is as easy as signup.
Payment. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices are honored as published; any change is prospective, with notice, and existing subscribers are grandfathered where practical.
Acceptable use. Don't use the service to break the law or harm others.
No warranty for misuse. The service is provided as-is for its stated purpose. We do not guarantee outcomes outside that purpose.
