Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel anytime. One click from your account (Billing → Manage). No call, no email required, no retention flow. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds. If something went wrong, email hello@chairledger.example and we'll make it right — refunds are handled quickly and without argument for reasonable requests.

No dark patterns. We don't hide the cancel button, pre-check boxes, or bury terms. That's a promise, not a policy we can quietly change.
